Who we are
Hans Müller Elektro AG is a traditional family business based in Rotkreuz ZG. Since its founding in 1982 by Hans Müller, we have stood for reliable, high-quality work in the fields of electrical installations, solar energy and building automation.
Today, the company is led by the second generation under Roman Müller. With around 36 dedicated employees and three locations in Rotkreuz, Cham and Baar, we are firmly rooted in the region and close to our customers.
Our success is based on many years of experience, continuous training and the commitment to always offer modern and sustainable solutions. We also actively invest in educating the next generation of electrical specialists.

Our history
Rooted in the region for over 40 years — a family story.
Founding of Elektro Müller AG
Elektro Müller AG was founded by Hans Müller. Initially, vacant rooms in his parents' house at Pfad 29 in Cham were converted into offices. He rented a barn in Hagendorn for material storage, which fell victim to a fire in 1984.
Move to Lettenstrasse 8A
Relocation to Lettenstrasse 8A in Rotkreuz.
Conversion from GmbH to AG
In 1993, Hans Müller Elektro GmbH was converted into a public limited company (AG).
Roman Müller joins Hans Müller Elektro AG
Roman Müller joins the family business as a qualified electrical installer (EFZ).
Passing of Hans Müller
After being diagnosed with a terminal illness in 1994, the company founder passed away in June 2000 at the age of just 53.
Roman Müller takes over management
Amid the grief came urgent decisions about the company's future. Hilde, the wife, consulted with their children Roman and Franziska and decided to continue Hans' life's work. Roman Müller has since led the company in the second generation, supported by the entire workforce, maintaining the careful customer relationships, quality workmanship, and securing the necessary order volume.
Retirement of Hilde Müller
Until 2013, Hilde Müller managed the payroll and administrative HR matters. She remains active on the board of directors.
Jolanda Müller joins
Since 2014, payroll and all social insurance matters have been the responsibility of Jolanda Müller, Roman's wife and certified fiduciary. Alongside raising their sons Maris and Nelio, she finds meaningful and fulfilling balance in her professional duties.

Service Technician
Are you an experienced electrical professional who values varied assignments? As a service technician at Hans Müller Elektro AG, you are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to faults, repairs and maintenance work. You work independently, diagnose electrical problems and provide fast, reliable solutions. You cover a broad spectrum — from private properties and commercial buildings to industrial facilities. Your commitment ensures that our customers can count on a functioning electrical infrastructure at all times.
Requirement: Completed apprenticeship as Electrical Installer EFZ or Assembly Electrician EFZ with professional experience.

Are you a qualified electrical professional looking for a new challenge in a motivated team? As an electrical installer at Hans Müller Elektro AG, you realise diverse projects in new construction, renovation and refurbishment. You install electrical systems, lay cables, assemble distribution boards and commission installations. You work in a well-coordinated team on demanding projects across the region — from residential buildings and commercial properties to larger construction projects. Quality, safety and clean workmanship are our top priorities.
Requirement: Completed apprenticeship as Electrical Installer EFZ with professional experience. Driving licence Cat. B preferred.
